Hello everyone.

Christmas is coming and we know everyone is eager to plan something ahead. Let's do something for Shin Hye!

We will be accepting your own creation greeting cards from everyone who wishes to send a Christmas greetings to our star, Miss Park Shin Hye.

Please read through the following details before you start working on anything

1. Accepted card sizes:
- 8 inches x 8 inches
- 4 inches x 4 inches
- 3.5 inches x 4.5 inches
(Maximum thickness for all sizes = 0.3cm)

2. Theme: Christmas/New Year 2011

3. Please ensure the card is one sided only. You may use your own creative design to include your messages and photos.(Suggestion: Stand out your decoration using foam tape, stamps, ribbons, embellishments etc)

4. No limit of submission per person. However best creations will be included in our big greeting card!

5. All submissions must arrive before or on 11th December 2010.

6. Any cards received after 11th December will still be delivered but will not be a part of big greeting card.

7. Send your cards to:

Suggestions:

a) You may create the cards individually or hold a local meet up and make a group creative art session. If possible record the session, make it as a fun activity or pre-Christmas party, make a group video greetings and send us the video! If we receive enough video submission, we'll make a video compilation and send it over as well.

b) You may send the card as a group to share the postal cost.

c) Individual video msg is also accepted. Please make it simple and short and submit to us.

d) Video submission in .mp4/.mpeg/.avi format and send it over to multimedia@park-shin-hye.com

We'll be accepting personal gifts if you wish to send so. Please read additional Terms and Conditions for gifts acceptance.

8. Any kind of gift will be accepted except fragile, foods, probihited items (drugs, medicine etc). - We encourage DIY gifts!

9. Any kind of delivery postal method is acceptable. However, if you'll be using express delivery, please mark the parcel as GIFT. We will not accept parcel with additional delivery cost

10. Please consider the weight and size of the items. Kindly do not send oversized or too heavy items.

11. Gifts submissions must arrive before or on 15th December 2010. Please send the gifts to the same address as item no. 7. We encourage everyone to send as soon as you can to avoid delays in delivery.

12. All cards and gifts received will be sent to Shin Hye's agency in Seoul.

13. Responsibilities
- Senders are responsible to mark and label their gifts accordingly (Name and Location/Country/Nationality)
- PSHIC as the final sender are responsible to scan through all items. We will prepare an inventory list and release the list with credits to all senders.
- PSHIC as the final sender has the right to disregard any offensive or insulting submissions.

14. FINAL CLAUSE
- PSHIC reserves the right to change any Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check the thread regularly for any updated information with regards to this project.
- By submitting your cards and gifts to us, you have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.
