I think this magazine is on sale in large bookstores. Today I went to a foreign magazine store and saw that they sell Korean Vogue Girl and Elle. But because these two magazines' new March issues were only published two days ago, the store said they'll arrive here around next week. I will keep a lookout

THey are quite expensive though. Vogue Girl costs around $10 USD here and Elle is around $13

And you're right, they are pretty expensive, but worth the buy, I would have to say. ^^
