Although there weren’t many interactions between the two, Park Shin Hye and Park Hyung Sik had enough iconic scenes to catch the attention of netizens.

On March 14, it was confirmed that both Park Shin Hye and Park Hyung Sik were confirmed to star as leads in the JTBC medical romance drama Doctor Slump. Due to be released in the latter half of 2023, the show follows two doctors who were rivals but, after falling into a slump and reuniting, they become each other’s best hope.

When the news was announced, netizens couldn’t hide their excitement at the reunion, especially as it was announced on the 10-year anniversary of the show.

Both stars have grown so much since The Heirs, and it will be interesting to see how they interact with each other in leading roles together. It seems like although new and hot K-Dramas are being released almost weekly, fans still appreciate the classics.
