Actually I can’t choose which of the topics were the best because I noticed that every topic there was very important in teaching in the future and I believe that this subject matter was purposely included in the curriculum because of its strategies that was suggested as I study farther this lesson all about, and also there were many things that I really treasured in this area, and that was the knowledge that was contributed by the famous educators and philosophers…
I learned here that effective teaching involves adopting appropriate teaching roles to support our learning goals as a student studying this subject matter that even though pupils are responsible for their own learning, the roles that a teacher must assume are critical in guiding students’ thinking and behavior. Teachers can take a variety of roles in our new curriculum like facilitator, commentator, synthesizer, moderator, and challenger. These roles should be chosen in service of the learning objectives and in support of the instructional activities. For example, if the objectives are for the students to be able to analyze selections/arguments, the most productive instructor role might be to frame, guide and moderate discussion while if the objective is to help the students learn to defend their positions or defend their choices as they present their work, the teacher’s role must be to challenged them to explained their decisions and consider alternative perspectives. Another thing is that effective teaching involves progressively refining our lessons through the feedbacks and suggestions by the learners because in order for the teachers to teach the lessons well, the teachers must consider the learners all the time and focus on them in order to give them such information that enhance their skills in every aspects in learning, it must not be always in visualizing all about because we are now in modern world and we must set things in order to have balance on everything.
Considering your learners aspects’ is the most important thing that a teacher must do and also as a teacher, he/she must adopt a friendly relationship to the pupils in order for him/her to understand the learners lacking and so that the teacher can select a strategy that is suited to the learners.
In general, this subject area is very much important for the future teachers in order for them to know the nature of teaching and most especially on how to be an EFFECTIVE TEACHER in the future…☻☻
