with regards to the android version, I guess you need a higher version like the jelly bean version or the kitkat version so that you can dload the Paeksang app.. :bingo:

eotteoke? I just found out that he's the only one using an android phone among my friends, most of us are using apple and windows phone, and he said awhile ago that he's phone is updated ... lol! But really, I thank you for the info ... It has something to do with the version of the android OS. Well, I guess I will have to search who among my other friends are using an android phone with the latest OS.
