i prefer that shinhye be escorted by DC to avoid any unnecessary rumor as he is a co-star and at the same time nominated too......we have to protect shinhye from the antis' ire that's why i think it is not right that JKS escorts her especially now that he is in the thick of the promotion for his drama.....Hongki would be a better 2nd choice as her escort

Anyway, what is important is not the escort but her being nominated......hope that she gets the award.....

Anyways, I do want to confirm with you guys that YES, the ratings of MSON is indeed LOW. It is in fact LOWER than YAB and YAB barely had any promotions and was competing against the blockbuster IRIS at the time.

According to dramawiki:

1st episode - 6.7
2nd episode - 7.0
3rd episode - 8.7
4th episode - 7.0

Just for giggles, let's compare it to YAB:
1st episode - 10.8
2nd episode - 9.6
3rd episode - 9.1
4th episode - 8.9 (lowest rating that YAB ever got)

So, the story is told....so far, the lowest rating that YAB ever got is still higher than the highest rating that MSON has. And we have to remember that YAB was going against IRIS and students were taking exams. If SBS did not leave YAB out to dry, I think it would have been a lot higher in ratings and Geun-Shin would have won best couple awards. Speaking of which, I know this sounds mean, but I think with these ratings, MGY-JGS will not win best couple awards which makes me happy because if they did, I would be the first to be really upset because why do they deserve it when GeunShin did not win?

Reason for their low ratings: It's because I'm not watching the series! Hahaha....

OK, I'm done being mean. I feel bad for JGS because he deserves higher ratings...but I don't feel bad for MGY. I hate how everyone says she's the sweetheart of Korea. If she is the sweetheart, then SH is the pearl of Korea!

i think there is a really good chemistry between MGY and kim jae wook

I dont understand why the antis would make up such things saying that MGY is now Sukkie's ideal lover just to boost the ratings. If ppl wanted to watch the drama they would have done it from the beginning. There has been promotions for it b4 it aired but it doesnt seemed to have worked and I think its bcz they dont look that compatible and we want to see Geunshin and not Geungeun???!

It feel bad for our princess. It is so unfair to her. Just because the MMM is not doing well in ratings despite heavy promotions, etc, our Shinhye somehow got affected by it. I feel that she gets the blame by MGY's fan of being too compatible with JKS than MGY. And also gain antis from JKS side.

If MGY and JGS look so lovely together then why so much false news? why the production crew have to bud in and stir things up? Honestly, to me even if the script's good it all depend on the chemistry of the actor and actress, if for some reason that lacks (for me that series is done) JGS is a really good actor and he love to portrayal singer roles and he does it really well, as for MGY she's a good actress? (who know never cared to watch her series) but honestly, is there really couple sparks in there when you guys look at pics and fan made things? cause I can't see it! JGS eels once said they don't care as long as JGS is not with SH it's fine with them who he pair up with! LOLZ! i love your POV...and just like you, i am not watching MMM, i am watching secret gardens instead ( sorry)

since MMM drama started filming, i noticed that all they did was to create 'love sparks" on the 2 main leads and i was wondering why do they have to resort to that...they say that jks and mgy are such good actors, they also said that the story is good...if that is the case why give emphasis on the loveteam...why create rumors/ controversy and even dragging the name of PSh ... i think it is so unfair for PSH as she in Taiwan, quietly filming..

Contrary to what others said, i don't see any chemistry at all for the JKS-MGY tandem...they look more like siblings to me unlike JKS and PSh who have that undeniable natural chemistry ("nakakakilig pagmasdan")....whoever planned of the geungeun pairing should have thought twice


Anyway, even with the exaggerated promotion, the ratings is not good, it didn't even improve...

Lastly, im not so much of a GEunshin fan anymore...anyway, they dont have project together at the moment and i think it would take a while (long time) for them to get paired again....(so sorry that i have to give up my being a GeunShin forever fan)
