From this event Sukkie told Shin Hye, "you bit my lip" as we kissed in our Etude House CF.
It means that he can't really forget her sweet kiss.
There is one moment from this event wherein Shin Hye was asked if the "eels" get jealous of her and she said yes, a lot.
Then someone was asked from the audience, which I believe is Sukkie's mom was asked if she gets jealous of Shin Hye too because she

is close to Sukkie and she said no, then the host asked the certain she if she liked Sukkie for Shin Hye and she said yes, by that time

Shin Hye said, "thank you mother."
