 The famous and well-known Hong Sisters (Hong Jungeun, Hong Miran) are considering writing a sequel for the hit 2009 drama "You're Beautiful." The sisters were seen at the TBS headquarters in Tokyo on July 1st for a press conference. Reporters asked them if they would consider making a sequel for the hit drama, to which they responded, "It'll be hard to write right away since we're working on a lot of other projects but we'll consider it seriously if the Japanese version of 'You're Beautiful' becomes a success." At the press conference, the Hong Sisters also expressed that they are looking forward to the Japanese "You're Beautiful," as well as the live performances and the scene in which Taekyung performs sugrery on a pig doll. The Korean version of "You're Beautiful" has aired in Japan three times since April of this year since it ended its broadcast in Korea in 2009. Japanese station TBS is creating the Japanese remake of the popular drama set to start broadcasting on July 15th. The Japanese version stars actress and former singer Miori Takimoto (as Go Minyeo/Go Minam/Park Shinhye), Kis-My-Ft2's Tamamori Yuta (Hwang Taekhyung/Jang Geunsuk) and Fijigaya Taisuke (Kang Shinwoo/Yonghwa), and Hey!Say!JUMP's Yaotome Hikaru (Kang Onyu/Jeremy/Hongki). The Hong Sisters are well known for their hit dramas such as "My Girl," "My Girlfriend Is A Nine-Tailed Fox," "Hong Gil Dong," and "The Greatest Love." I just came across this vid on Sukkie's Cri-Show in Hong Kong earlier this year.....  It's also the start of his latest discovered Favorite Line In MMM.....  This is a rough translation of the interview: Suk : I've not said this for quite awhile.. Gominam, I give you permission to like me.. Mc : That was from the previous drama.. Any lines in the new drama gives the same, deep lasting impression? Suk : That's this line which I like very much and it't the exact opposite of HTK's line.. Yah!...You....you shouldn't like me..(smiling happily) Mc : Wow, could you repeat it once more....and tell us what kind of attitude that comes with it? Suk : Have to say it with arrogance and an aloof kind of attitude.. (the lady interpreter was embarrassed to interpret it) Suk then proceeded in teaching the Mc on the correct way of saying that line...  |
