Concerning you question, they were filming, the scene when Shin Hye jumps from the truck. At at 0:45 they were taking scene that JKS catched Shin Hye after jumping. The eye drop was for the scene that Shin Hye was crying due to her pain after jumping. Of course there was some playing or taking a chance by JKS during filming.

@emerald kikyou, thank you for sharing. May be Sukkie wants to reveal little by little by giving some hints. Yes, I agree he never leaves his mobile.

Yes we can see his hairstyle, the glow on his face and he really bother to dress up, this is the JKS that we use to see last time when he is with PSH.
