When i read the news, i was certain the girl from 1990 is PSH.
i even checked the range of year of the horse from chinese calendar-- January 27, 1990 to February 14, 1991.

Out of curiosity (since i never really did check), i googled the other girl, and she's indeed born in 90's as well.

Hm... i pm this one with someone who loves to do the math...
there might be a lot who's born in 90's, but just like what the others have said, there's only one girl in too many incidents that Sukkie said who his Mom wanted to be for a daughter-in-law. And in those same incidents, it's always been mentioned that Mama Jang even went to check Shin Hye's profile and went to fortune teller to do the matching.

So, when Sukki mentioned 3 years younger, there might be a million who's born in 1990, but adding year of the horse.. hm.. there's only one girl who's been mentioned repetitively whose stars and year have been checked by Mama Jang...
