Park Shin-hye will meet fans at Siam Pavalai Theatre of Siam Paragon on June 29 at 7pm.

South Korean actress Park Shin-hye will be in Bangkok to meet her fans for the first time on Saturday.

The "Kiss of Angel in Thailand" fan meeting is part of her first Asian tour, held to mark her 10th anniversary in showbiz.

She has already "kissed" fans in Manila, Tokyo and Shanghai, and Thai fans will have a similar opportunity on June 29 at Siam Pavalai Royal Grand Theatre, Siam Paragon.

Affectionately called "Nong Pak" by her Thai fans, the 23-year-old actress rose to fame when she played the younger version of the lead character in the 2003 hit drama, Stairway To Heaven, which earned her the Best Child Actress from the 2003 SBS Drama Awards.

However, she is most recognised for her leading role in the hit series You're Beautiful, where she played opposite leading actors Jang Keun-suk, CNBlue's Jung Yong-hwa and FTIsland's Lee Hong-ki. The romantic comedy won her the New Star Award at the 2009 SBS Drama Awards. The Korean superstar played in other hit series including Goong S (2007), Heartstrings (2011), Flower Boy Next Door (2013) and the latest one, Miracle In Cell No.7. Her next project is The Heirs, which will see her play opposite gorgeous actor Lee Min-ho.

Aside from the acting work, the pretty actress is also known for her crystal-clear voice. She has sung on several soundtracks for the series she starred in. She also likes dancing and can do it professionally.

These all-round skills will be on show during the upcoming fan meeting.

To show her goodwill for Thailand, Park has donated three of her favourite belongings _ a handbag, a cap and a pair of sneakers _ for a charity auction. Proceeds will go to support underprivileged patients at the National Cancer Institute.
