In some cases, it will be hard for me to apply media pass for certain events as I am a freelance photographer. If she happens to be coming to Singapore for certain events like fan meet, showcase etc... , will it be possible for me to become a representative of Park Shin-Hye international fan club to apply for media pass?

I will just be attending her event as a media photojournalist on behalf of PSH International in Singapore. And hopefully I can take as many pictures during her event as some of the fan meets in Singapore are very strict and they do not allow photography.
