my take on this is that, she's implying or calling the 21st place as the dream world...unless someone lives on a 21st street?

has she actuallly moved on from her GMN role and maybe she's having a hard time letting go of the 'group' she was in and misses them because everyone's pretty much very busy with their schedules now???

or it can just simply mean, she wants to be in love with someone who will truly love and care for her???
