Episode 1 Preview

14-year-old Hamyoung lost his family because of an erroneous news report. He almost lost his life as well, but was saved by an old man who lives on a remote island. That old man treats Hamyoung as his eldest son Dalpo, who was lost at sea nearly 30 years ago. He thought that Dalpo had come back, so he renamed Hamyoung and adopted him.

Hiding his real name, Dalpo now has a new family. A father whose age is closer to his father. A younger brother who is his father’s age. A niece, Inha, who is actually the same age as himself.

Inha has Pinocchio Syndrome and cannot lie. So from the very first moment she sees Dalpo, she cannot help but tell him exactly what’s on her mind. Yet this honesty gives Dalpo a strange sense of comfort…

Like how IHYV used song names as the individual subtitles of the episodes, ‘Pinocchio’ will use the names of fairy/childhood tales as the subtitle. The first episode is called, of course, "Pinocchio" .

Aside from the story and the actors of this upcoming drama.. im also excited with its OST. The song that we heard in the teasers are pretty good! Looking forward to it! Will PSH be part of the OST? Itll be great if she will be.

that was surprising since Director Hong Sung-chang (King of Dramas, 2012) where Park Shin Hye cameo on ep. 1... I remember the actor holding her was hottie Choi Tae Joon cameo for the "Elegant Revenge"

he mentioned this particular drama and not also "You're Beautiful" (2009).

The Pinocchio script that sis @jenzzy posted is Park Shin Hye's. She always put markers on her drama scripts and well organized.

I'm looking forward to hear the OST participation by Rocoberry (new rising twosome indie band). Then after awhile hmmm I doubt if I will tire listening to it.. interesting beat.

let's get to know this 2-member group....
Rocoberry is a two-man team although the main "face" of the duo is singer Roco. Conan stays more behind-the-scenes in the songwriting and producing realm. He goes by the nickname "Teddy Bear" because although people don't know what he looks like, the name automatically gives him a warm and friendly feeling.

Conan first met Rocoberry at church. After hearing her sing, he knew he wanted to work with her musically. The two got together and the rest is history. Or at least, history in the making.

The key to their music is that it's not forced. They don't force their style on anyone. Rather they seek to comfort the listener through easy-listening music. Rather than telling the listener "It's okay",
Rocoberry's music sends the message of "I understand what you're feeling, I felt that too...".
