My Reflections on the Hallyu Popularity Award.....


This is just ridiculous way of voting where there are no checks on the voting system. To me it devalues the prestige of the award since this way it does not reflect the reality. It does not ensure that only the deserving popular artist wins.

Increase in a millions within hrs is just totally absurd!........specially when Shinhye was leading by 500, 000 votes some 9 hours back.....I don't mind losing if it's a fair fight but this is ridiculous❗️

Having said that.......I would hate Shinhye loose because she is the Hallyu Queen in the real sense with over 8 million followers in weibo, over 1.6 million in Instagram, over 1 million on FB .......4 consecutive wins in Baeksang..........tell me who can compete with this track record❓

I could accept a close fight but Shinhye behind in million.....❓......unbelievable❗️


To end on a happier note........I would like to greet all the many newcomers in our community .....sky ful, earone, Laila dee seirazde, joshinax , kiki22, pyaarhiya123............specially at such a timely moment when we need all the manpower needed to make Shinhye win in Baeksang.

Thank you everyone new, not so new and the old guards in working endlessly in the efforts to make Shinhye stay on top. You have my admiration to the maximum.

I woke up this morning and saw the results, am i still dreaming guys? wae? wae? I know krystal could lead this but i cant accept the fact that she is leading by as much as 8 million! this is unacceptable. .. How did that happen? But let us not give up. We still have few more days! Think of this as a challenge. Vote vote vote! Hand in hand for shin hye!

We fight to the end, even if we lose this award it is no big deal. Everyone will know who the true hallyu queen is. This is not even arguable. Let the whole world and media see how 'clean' this award is.
To jump 8 million votes within 4 hours is horrendous.
