Then the frustration piled up when SKorea lost 4-1 with an own goal.
Day after, I dont feel like watching anymore matches..

Hope next week will be better.

Btw, I'll be cheering from Dubai for a week starting this Saturday. Pray hard SKorea will win and qualify to the top 8. Pls pls pls!
Everyone, pls stay healthy and happy!
Hugs!

I agree England don't stand a chance if they keep playing the way they do... I Strongly feel that Argentina and Brazil will make it to the finals and then its anyone's World Cup 2010

hi~

Italy match was nice. Love the last 10 mins of the game. Just attacking....

Especially, the Slovakia no 20... sub in no longer than 5 mins n he scored tat goal.

The run was great. (Or it was the defenders fault, as he ran through 2 Italian defenders)

oh u mean, I missed a good match between Italy vs Slovakia ! did Italy loose ?

thank you Squall for the update. I have to check on the highlights of what u told me esp the last 10 minutes.
the final score was Slovakia 3 :2 Italy. Sounds like a dramatic encounters. Just saw the picture. Must be a good game between the two that played. I'll wait for Sandeep update also. . . b bck . . .

Slovakia held on for a dramatic 3-2 victory over Italy at Ellis Park that sent them into Round of 16 and eliminated Marcello Lippi's world champions.

Denmark vs Japan (This is an amazing win by Japan!) - can't find any video yet.
Japan made history by reaching the Round of 16 for the first time on foreign soil, eliminating Denmark in the process with a 3-1 win in Rustenburg.
The last two matches in group E of World Cup 2010 were played today, and now are known two teams which will go into the next phase of the World Cup from Group E: Netherlands and Japan.

Netherlands has a total of 9 points, they win all three group matches, so Netherland team is the first in the group. Japan has two wins and one defeat, and with 6 points Japan is second in the Group E.

Third place took Denmark with 3 points, while Cameroon is last in the group without any points.

In today's matches the results were as follows: Denmark vs. Japan 1-3, Cameroon vs. Netherlands 1-2.

Until now, all matches finished in the first 6 groups of World Cup, and only two teams won all three group matches. These are Argentina in group B, and the Netherlands in group E.

However, tomorrow will be played last matches in Group G and H, in which Brazil and Chile won both matches played so far, so it is possible that they also will win all 9 points.

Unbelievable! Italia is out! I am disappointed!

At least, Japan has given me a joy today, moving into the next phase.
I really enjoyed this game!
This World Cup is proving that there really are no favorites. It's all very well balanced.

I hope that tomorrow Brazil also will let me happy!
People are impressed with Portugal's victory over North Korea, with many goals, but Brazil has the team to beat them, just do not waver ... ;)
