Actually I went back and rewatched and it was only the one guy closes to her that saw what was happening. The dude looking up was already looking up, but that's beside the facts. Yes, the guy turned around as he heard Shin Hye yelped after being hit and quickly turned away as he saw Keun Suk backhugging her. Kkkyaaa so awesome. I definitely agree and say that the crew knew something that we don't.
