Been out during the weekend and I was excited to read what happened in Suk's last stop in Asia...his Cri~show in Shanghai...at first I was a bit disappointed because of the news I got. But after some investigating done (which includes going to the pretending-to-be-the-other-camp's site), I now understand Sukkie...

But before I proceed with that explanation...I just want to say one thing first...
It saddens me that some GS shippers lost confidence and trust in Sukkie. I'd beg of you guys...please don't. And here is why....

At the Shanghai FM, Sukkie asked his eels who is super matched with him. Mary or Minam. The eels then shouted Mary...
MC：Because of Mugyul, you get married with Mary early, then, do you think JKS will get married early?
Suk: Because I am uninhibited and I am a free man, so I am very free, but as JKS is an Asian prince, it’ll be a little difficult.

Everyone in the GeunShin world was disappointed when they learned about this....well, I guess mainly because we all anticipated his answer because he already chose Go Mi Nam in his Taiwan Cri Show....but to our dismay, he shifted to Mae Ri again in Shanghai. The reason? As usual...he tested the waters and saw and heard that they prefer the other character..so he had no choice but to go with their answer... Mae Ri. He did this because he wants to protect his Mi Nam....he has said this once before...that if he is in a relationship he will protect her...though we feel he is desperate to let it out which is the reason why he tested the waters (even SH attempted once to test the waters...on that radio show) but they saw his fans' reaction...so they got no choice...especially Sukkie. BUT TAKE A LOOK AT HIS ANSWER...HE ACTUALLY WANTED TO CHOOSE MI NAM.... JUST LIKE IN HONG KONG... he said "Mi Nam?" Why did I made Laughed out loud bold? Because he so much wanted to answer Mi Nam (actually in my opinion he did) ... look...after he said Mi Nam...the eels shouted Mae Ri...so he laughed and said "Oh Mae Ri...okay, then I will choose Mae Ri" ...it's as if he knew he had no other choice...because majority of the eels there were shouting Mae Ri... C'mon...does Mae Ri and Mi Nam rhyme...at all??? I don't think so...Sukkie heard them loud and clear the first time...but he still had to say Mi Nam...because that is what he wanted..and he had to laugh because it's the other one they like...so he had to go for her...

Now, as for the things he said in the Shanghai Press Con (Cassie's post)...here is a better translation...

If you have been following him...you know there are times when he means the other side of the coin. If you are really a fan of Sukkie...you know that he will not say a thing about his girl...that he will protect her until he can...unless he knows it is the right time. So please...GS shippers/lovers...do not hate Sukkie just because of his answers recently...please know that he has a reason in doing this.

Oooo i so miss this thread and all of you. But work has been so demanding lately, that trivial yet imperative pursuits have to take a back seat for a while.

Kak Elana, komawo for the wonderful pics. Even for a middle-bie (neither an oldie nor a newbie...ha ha), its always lovely to see their old pixs, in fact there are some that even I haven't seen.

I tried watching Hayate (but havent tried Heartstrings) but I just couldnt bring myself to watch Hacci with another man...hu hu...

A little different with Sukkie tho. Am halfway thru his Beethoven Virus. Why is it that I can tolerate watching him with another woman, you may ask...cos, the chemistry between him and the leading lady is almost zilch...ha ha...she looks better with the older guy in the story...I cant even remember their screen names, let alone their real names...hu hu...bad me...

But what I'm trying to say that I love our couple to death due to both their on and off screen chemistry....and I definitely remembered their names from the first pressing of the play button on my DVD player

I agree to you not put the blame on sukkie be an idol or a star he chose me-ri co'z it's demand of eels.... as he said in YB "You can't complain when it comes to your fan" he love his eels he want to be happy his eels so he chose me-ri but in his mind and heart he chose gominam..... have faith...

I thought there will be a secret wedding and tear-drops before they can live happily ever after. I think Sis Pam know why and you all should know. Maybe we will still see Shin Hye 10 years again in TV but not with Geun Seok. Or if Shin Hye wants to be an ordinary wife, Geun Seok won't in TV too. That's better to be ordinary for love.
