I maybe delusional as what others may think but, honestly the first time I read the translation of shin hye's song, the person who first came out into my mind was lee min ho. And I have my basis for that, coz if you read the line "hey,I really like you," that was the line similar to what Kim tan said in the heirs "do ,I really like you", and in their interview when he said " I've started to like you sincerely".. And, also the line "look at me,shyly saying this to you",,well actually this is not just a line came out from their mouth,but more than that, coz we always notice shin hye being shy in front of min ho.. Also the whole song doesn't sound like for someone whom she's with for a long time.. Opinion only,No haters please coz I can't stand to that. Lol
