Lee Min Ho to star in China's Dragon TV New Year's Eve Concert

Where is Lee Min Ho flying to? It's been confirmed that Lee Min Ho will lead an all-star cast on December 31 in China's Dragon TV New Year's Eve concert. The highly-anticipated event will be held at the Shanghai Indoor Stadium in Shanghai. Lee Min Ho is reportedly going to sing a Chinese song with a popular Taiwanese singer-actress.

The photo here shows Lee Min Ho flying to Shanghai on December 28 after his Thailand concert, presumably to rehearse with Taiwanese actress Amber Kuo (Love Forward), who has seen her fame surge in China along with the blockbuster Tiny Times movie and its sequels.

Coincidentally, when Lee Min Ho appeared earlier this year in the Chinese New Year gala, he met Amber there, although she was appearing in another program while he sang "Can't Help But Fall For You" with singer-songwriter Harlem Yu.

They took a photo together and Amber later enthused, "He is so gentle!"

Dragon TV's new poster shows Amber Kuo and Lee Min Ho with the following headline: Just 2 more days!

We don't know yet which song they will perform together. Dragon TV only said it's a "classic Chinese song." So stay tuned!

Lee Min Ho's Seoul concert to be streamed online worldwide

Minoz rejoice! If you were heartbroken at missing out on Lee Min Ho's 2014 Global Tour because you live too far away, you still have a chance to see him in concert. Lee Min Ho's Seoul concert, set to take place on January 3, 2014, will be streaming online!

According to an affiliate of Euphoria Seoul, the host for the concert, "“We will be providing the URL information to watch the January 3 Seoul concert live through YouTube to all the fans who registered on the international fan site ‘MinozWorld.com,’ which test opened on Christmas, and the fans in China will be able to live stream the concert for free through the Chinese portal site Sohu.”


The fan response to the website MinozWorld.com has been overwhelming, with the influx of traffic causing the server to go down during the test opening on Christmas Day. An update on the website states the following: "First of all, we apologize for any inconvenience for those experiencing trouble with Minozworld.com. Unfortunately on December 25th the server was overloaded and many were unable to visit the website as it was down. Minoz family has been sending love and connecting to the site from 135 different countries to date. Your enthusiastic love and support is overwhelming. We appreciate you so much."

Lee Min-ho’s ‘Gangnam 1970’ family pictures revealed

The distributer of the Korean film “Gangnam 1970” released family photos of the character played by Lee Min-ho on Monday.

In the pictures, Lee’s character is smiling with his family members, who are played by actor Jung Jin-young and AOA member Sulhyun. The photos offer a glimpse into the daily life of Lee family.

“Gangnam 1970” is about the relationship between two men who were raised together in an orphanage. Lee and actor Kim Rae-won play the lead roles.

The movie revolves around their friendship, betrayal, and lust for money and power. The film is set in Gangnam in the 1970s, when the area was going through a real estate boom.

The movie is set to be released nationwide on Jan. 21.
