By any chance, do you have a debit card? You will still be able to setup a paypal account if you have a debit card.
If you don't mind and trust me enough, maybe you can remit your amount to my account or wait till Amy's online. I'll transferring your amount together with my amount to Haiti cause this Sunday. Please PM me if you're still interested.

I think I kinda figured out how PP is different with credit card ( maybe it 's easier for international exchange in $ if the transaction involved by buyers from many coutries?), but then again I used ny credit card with innolife ^^;;
