[News] 101230 CN Blue – FT Island, Band Battle on MBC Gayo Daejun



Flower bands CN Blue and FT Island will be having their first “Combined Stage & Band Battle”.
On the upcoming 2010 MBC Gayo Daejun on 31st December, CN Blue and FT Island will be performing their hit songs on a special stage. It is also the first time that the two bands perform on the same stage. This special stage is sure to capture the attention of the viewers.

There are also battle stages for 2PM, SHINee, f(x) and IU.
Check out the first ever CN Blue and FT Island’s “Combined Stage & Band Battle” on the 2010 MBC Gayo Daejun on the 31st.

Snake at the British Exhibition. Hercules scares Lee Hongki into crying



FT Island specially visited the [Treasures of British Exhibition.Beauty of Ancient Greece’s Human Body] when they came to Taiwan recently. It was the first time the 5 of them, Lee Hongki, Choi Jonghun, Lee Jaejin, Choi Minhwan and Song Seunghyun, visited an exhibition overseas and they were amazed with the nude sculptures inside the museum.

When they were in front of the [Marble Statue of a Discus Thrower], the 5 of them mischievously imitated it. Choi Jonghun said: “This statue is very famous and we imitated it on variety shows!” On the other hand, Lee Hongki asked seriously: “How much is this statue?” Lee Jaejin quickly reminded him that they were here to see an exhibition and not visiting an antique shop and besides, everything is priceless.

When the 5 of them were in front of the [Marble Statue of Hercules], Lee Hongki suddenly shouted and ran away. He went to hide at a corner and tears were welling up in his eyes. So it was because the statue’s curly hair was very 3D and it made him relate it to snakes. He kept murmuring and said: “So scary, let’s quickly go!” Upon seeing the [Sphinx Statue], he looked carefully for a long time and then smiled with tears in his eyes saying: “It’s a female!”, causing the other 4 members to say that he “really looked very carefully!”. (hahaha..so funny & cute of Hongstar..ke~ke~ke)

Lee Jaejin and Choi Jonghun want to be Cupid

The 5 of them liked Greek and Roman mythology since young and they know the stories of the Gods from the back of their hands. So which God do they want to become the most? Choi Minhwan hopes to possess Hercules’s strength. Both Lee Jaejin and Choi Jonghun hope to become Cupid to shoot love arrows at the heart of the girl they admire and this way, they do not have to go after the girl painstakingly and end up with unrequited love.

Song Seunghyun said he wants to be the Western King of Hell [Hades] the most. Then Lee Hongki replied: “Then I want to become Zeus, King of Gods, to give Hades a painful punishment!”

[News] FT Island Hongki's Confession On 100 Points Out of 100




On the show KBS 2TV "100 Points Out of 100", F.T. Island Hongki revealed that he has a crush on a girl.

During the game "Truth Game", Supreme Team Simon D ask Hongki if he currently like someone then Hongki said without any hesitation that he currently have a crush on a girl which shocks the people on the show.

But Hongki didn't reveal the identity of this girl and even drop a questionable answer "She might be here right now, or she might not" and didn't answer any further questions.
