CNBLUE‘s Yonghwa was recently chosen as the #1 anticipated male star born in the year of the snake (’89).

Online portal site ‘dcinside‘ began the new year with a poll that asked netizens, “Which male star born in the year of the snake are you looking most forward to in 2013?”. After receiving a total of 6,253 votes, Yonghwa came out on top.

Yonghwa received 32.3% (2,018 votes) with netizens praising him as a triple threat entertainer with his success in music, acting, and variety shows.

Trailing behind in 2nd place was ‘Superstar K4‘ heartthrob Jung Joon Young with 23.1% (1,445 votes) and ‘Birth of A Great Star‘ winner Baek Chung Kang in 3rd place with 20.5% (1,283 votes).

INFINITE‘s Sunggyu, actor Lee Jong Suk, and SHINEE‘s Onew also ranked high on the list.

] CNBLUE‘s comeback album is already gaining heated attention in Korea and in Japan even before the official release!
Their new mini album ‘Re:BLUE‘ has recorded #1 for the most albums pre-ordered in Japan’s Tower Records, and the teasers that that were released already have a total of 1 millions views.
The album is especially piquing interest as the title song “I’m Sorry” was revealed to be composed byYonghwa, who has already composed many of their past hits.

CNBLUE‘s Yonghwa joined the blonde trend

CNBLUE’s official fanclub twitter account (@CN_FANCLUB) shared a new photo of the members along with the tweet, “We finished the Bang Bang autograph session! You can tell that the time for their comeback is near from their changed hairstyles! Please look forward to their 4th mini album ‘RE:BLUE‘ that will be released on January 14th“.
All the members had different hairstyles for their upcoming comeback, but the one who went under the most changes was leader Yonghwa, who dyed his hair blonde.
Fans commented, “He looks so great with blonde hair!“, and “Your hair was black just a few days ago, when did you dye it?“.
