CNBLUE‘s Yonghwa and more attended the script reading and entered filming for their upcoming tvN mini-series remake of ‘The Three Musketeers‘!

Yonghwa, Lee Jin Wook, Yang Dong Geun, Jung Hae In, Seo Hyun Jin, Yoo In Young, Kim Myung Soo, Kim Sung Min, Park Young Gyu, Jeon No Min, Lee Kyun, and more gave glances at the script and each other as a team during their script reading at CJ E&M Center, Seoul on June 24 and entered their first filming on July 1.

‘The Three Musketeers’, which is the work of ‘Nine’s director Kim Byung Soo and writer Song Jae Jung, takes place during the Joseon Dynasty. The drama portrays the adventure of Park Dahl Hyang (Yonghwa) who comes from a poor family but is of noble birth and tries out for the military force, joining the Crown Prince Sohyeon (Lee Jin Wook) and his warrior guards Heo Seung Po and Ahn Min Suh. Yonghwa’s character will be in a love triangle with Yoon Suh (Seo Hyun Jin) and the Crown Prince Sohyeon (Lee Jin Wook).

The mini-series has been receiving attention for its reported investment of 10 billion KRW (~9.8 million) into the production. ‘The Three Musketeers’ is set to air every Sunday starting this August!

The CNBLUE members are appearing in the KakaoTalk messenger application as emoticons!

On July 8, the faces and expressions of CNBLUE were released as 40 sticker emoticons. A rep from KakaoTalk said, “The emoticons contain the CNBLUE members’ daily expressions and uniqueness. It’ll be fun for fans as well as other users.”

The CNBLUE sticker emoticon set will be available in the global app on the 9th. CNBLUE are also preparing to travel to China, Taiwan, and Malaysia for their tour ‘Can’t Stop’.
