CN Blue’s Jung Yong Hwa revealed that he was greatly stressed while preparing for his solo album.

During the February 4 broadcast of MBC’s Radio Star, an MC commented, “You released a solo album recently and I heard that for a while, you couldn’t remember what you did while asleep,” to which he said, “I had many worries and was stressed out so I did things that I couldn′t remember



Jung Yong Hwa confessed, “Like sleep walking, I couldn’t remember what I did but I ate snacks and took seaweed papers out of the fridge and ate them.”

FNC Entertainment’s CEO Han Sung Ho compared CN Blue’s Jung Yong Hwa and FT Island’s Lee Hong Gi.

During the February 4 broadcast of MBC’s Radio Star, a comment was made on how Jung Yong Hwa’s value in Korea is not the same as before. CEO Han Sung Ho raised his thumb up for the CN Blue member saying, “Actually, Yong Hwa is the type that is good at everything.”

The CEO said, “I always told Yong Hwa, ‘You have to act right,’ ever since he debuted. I think that’s why he kind of keeps himself within that frame. Now I tell Yong Hwa to date and break away from his routine.”


When the MCs commented, “It would be nice if he and FT Island’s Lee Hong Gi are mixed,” Han Sung Ho said, “Hong Gi always breaks away from his routine,” causing a round of laughter.

When asked, “Do you think that you know everything about your artists?” CEO Han Sung Ho responded, “We call them spies. I’ve planted them here and there. If someone moves from the album team to the drama team, then his identity as an spy gets found out. But I promote him the following year.”

CN Blue’s Jung Yong Hwa Got Caught by Guard When He Tried to Meet SNSD Before Debuting

CN Blue’s Jung Yong Hwa reminisced about his school days along with his childhood friends.

The February 5 broadcast of Mnet Jung Yong Hwa’s Hologram will show Jung Yong Hwa visiting his hometown for two days to spend time with his childhood friends before releasing his first solo album.

While carrying out his busy schedules, Jung Yong Hwa spontaneously took a night train ride down to Busan and Geoje upon getting called by his childhood friends. Upon hearing that Jung Yong Hwa is coming, his high school friends all gathered at one spot and the eight of them happily carried on their conversation throughout the night.

Jung Yong Hwa reminisced his high school days when girl groups, such as Girls’ Generation (SNSD) and Wonder Girls, took over the music industry, and how he went to SNSD’s concerts as an ordinary student.

He said, “I tried to go backstage to meet SNSD but got caught by the security guard,” to which his friends commented, “Now you can see SNSD in person.”

Joking around with his friends as he went back to being an ordinary man in his 20s, Jung Yong Hwa’s candid sides will present his fresh charms. Jung Yong Hwa’s friends will be sharing stories from when he was a high school student as they appear on his one-person reality project.

CJ E&M’s Hwang Sung Ho PD, who is in charge of Jung Yong Hwa’s Hologram stated, “Unlike the first two episodes, which showed Jung Yong Hwa interacting and working with the stars in the entertainment industry, his natural and witty sides will be emphasized.”

Jung Yong Hwa Wants to Have a Character Change in His Next Acting Role

n his next acting role, CN Blue′s Jung Yong Hwa said he wants to have a character change.

On February 3, one of China′s biggest music sites, YinYueTai, revealed an exclusive interview with Jung Yong Hwa.

On releasing his solo album, One Fine Day, Jung Yong Hwa said, "I get nervous every time a new album comes out. It might be music that I listened to every day, but when it′s revealed on a site and I listen to it, it feels different."

Regarding the production of the One Fine Day music video, Jung Yong Hwa shared, "It wasn′t my idea, but the idea that the director sent me was very similiar to the idea that I thought of. The director read my thoughts a lot and I think the song was expressed a lot better."

When asked if he requested a kiss scene in the music video and if there were any NGs, Jung Yong Hwa replied, "I didn′t request it, but I didn′t deny it. There were no NGs. What was filmed is all there is."

A local reporter asked Jung Yong Hwa, "You′ve acted out of characters in dramas that don′t end up with the other actor. Don′t you want to act as a different character in your next project?"




Jung Yong Hwa replied, "I think I′ve never really ended up together with a woman (in a drama). I′m always watching from afar or crushing. Next time, I want to play a character that sweetly loves without hiding and makes everyone jealous."

Jung Yong Hwa released his solo album, One Fine Day on January 20. He has won on many music programs since then.

CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa Will Be the Next FNC Entertainment CEO?



CNBLUE‘s Jung Yong Hwa may just become the next CEO of FNC Entertainment and he has the current CEO to thank.

On yesterday’s broadcast of MBC‘s “Radio Star“,CEO Han Seong Ho was asked who will he choose between CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa or FTISLAND‘s Lee Hong Ki as successor of his company. CEO Han chose the CNBLUE leader as his successor for his own company and directly said to him: “you are the only one who can reach higher heights than I have.”

The CEO also explained that Jung Yong Hwa does not create trouble and is very good when it comes to company politics. He further complimented him and pointed out that whenever he has free time, he goes to the company to take care of trainees.

Jung Yong Hwa did not hide his surprise and even joked if what CEO Han said could be considered a verbal agreement. CEO Han continued and stated that the CNBLUE leader is also the type to do everything well, further explaining his choice for the question.

Meanwhile, FNC Entertainment released a statement to enraged fans of FTISLAND which stated: “To CEO Han Seong Ho, both Lee Hong Ki and Jung Yong Hwa are musicians that he treasures dearly. Everything is just for show, since it is a variety show. Every child is dear to his parents. Please do not misunderstand.”
