Chapter 4: Pain again?
Hyung Joon lied on his bed. He became stressful and pressured after talking to his father. He doesn’t know what to do and how to explain it to Shin Hye.
He sighed
'‘I need to talk to you” he added
“what is it dad?”
“You know I don’t want to interfere your businesses especially your relationship with your girlfriend” he said
“dad, say it already”
“okay” Mr. Kim sighed
“Our businesses are not doing well. I’m afraid we’re going bankruptcy soon” Mr. Kim said
“what? How come it becomes like that?” Hyung joon said
“what are we going to do now?” he added
“there’s only one thing that we can do to save it, you have to marry the daughter of Koo Corporation, Koo Hye Sun” Mr. Kim said
“it’s not going to be difficult since you’re friends right?” Mr. Kim added
“yes, just friends. You know I already love someone else” Hyung Joon said
“There must be some other way” he added

It’s already five hours since Hyung joon left her house. Shin hye’s worried because she’s not receiving any messages from him and he’s not taking up her calls. She’s waiting and waiting until she falls asleep.
“I’m sorry” hyung joon sadly whispered while looking at his mobile phone.

Hyung Joon’s still not contacting her. It’s already been three days. He didn’t go to her house the passed week-end and he’s not attending his classes either. She decided to go to his house to know what’s really going on.
She’s nervous while she’s on her way to his house and she doesn’t know why.

Hyung Joon is in the garden with Koo Hye Sun. Koo Hye sun wants to talk to him about their engagement.
“what’s your plan?” Hye Sun asked
“I don’t want to pursue it” she added
“where’s Hyung Joon?” Shin Hye asked the maid
“Young Master is in the garden right now, Agashii” the maid answered
“thanks” Shin Hye smiled
“don’t worry, I don’t want to pursue it either” Hyung Joon said
“really? Thank You” she’s so happy that she hugs him.
Shin Hye saw them
“shin hye” Hyun Joon called
“so it explains everything” Shin Hye said
She run away.
“I’ll follow her” Hye Sun said
“No” hyung joon said while grabbing her hand
“why? She misunderstood us, I’ll explain to her” she said
“no need. I’m going anyway” he said
“what do you mean? You’re hurting her and yourself” she said
“it’s for the best” he said
“no, ask her to wait for you” she said
“I don’t know how long I’m going to stay there, I don’t want her to wait for nothing” he explained
“please understand” he added
“okay, if that’s what you want” she said
“so when are you going?” she asked
“next week, right after the semi finals” he said

Hyung joon decided to go to Japan to help his father in their business. He chose this instead of marrying Hye Sun. It’s so hard for him to see Shin Hye like that but he has no choice. He needs Shin Hye but he’s also needed by his family.

Shin Hye keep running while crying painfully. She only stops when she got tired and sits on the bench.
“here” someone offered a handkerchief
She looked up and “it’s you” she said
Geun Suk smiled and wiped her tears.
“it’s not good to cry here” Geun Suk said
“what are you doing here?” she asked
“I’m on my way to my date when I saw you” he explained
“are you okay?” he asked
“yes, you can go now” she said while giving him back the handkerchief
“No, take it, then I’m going first” he said
Then he went back to his car.
