Lee Jong Suk and Park Shin Hye are stunning at the Pinocchio press conference



Pinocchio premieres next week, and hot cast members Lee Jong Suk, Park Shin Hye, Kim Young Kwang, Lee Yoo Bi, and more held a press conference in preparation for the premiere.

We already reported about Park Shin Hye and Lee Jong Suk discussing their chemistry together, but perhaps more important was Lee Jong Suk answering questions about the horrifying wig that he's been wearing in all of the previews. At the press conference, Lee Jong Suk said, "In the drama, my hair changes once I become an adult. After wearing the unkempt wig for a long time during shoots, my front hair would start to fall out. It was stressful. And it was uglier than I had imagined. It was a kind of ugly that would not have come out if a handsome actor had taken the role." What a relief that the wig won't be a permanent fixture in the show! And yes, "uglier than I imagined" is probably the best way to describe that thing.

The wig isn't the only change that will happen for Lee Jong Suk. He also said that viewers will get to see a different side of him in this series as he changes the way he talks. Apparently, the show's writer asked him why his voice is different when he acts, so he is trying to use a more natural voice in order to avoid sounding insincere.

Park Shin Hye also fielded questions about her styling, with reporters asking if she was nervous that the school uniform would draw comparisons to Heirs. Park replied that although she was surprised to find that the script required a school uniform, she thought that it was important to the story, and the two characters are different enough that comparisons wouldn't be a problem.

Lee Jong Suk and Kim Young Kwang revealed their thoughts on being reunited after their appearance in the movie 'Hot Young Bloods'. Both Model-turned-actors attended a recent press conference for the new SBS drama 'Pinocchio' held on November 6.

Lee Jong Suk said, "During 'Hot Young Bloods', I got hit a lot [by him]. Every time we met, I got hit. When I heard that Kim Young Kwang hyung got cast while talking with the director, the first response I had was 'hul'."

He continued, "When I was a model, I wasn't close with him, but I thought that he was a much better person than I thought he was as I started working with him [in the movie]."

When Lee Jong Suk was asked about other model-turned-actors, he humbly revealed that he is no different than any other of his peers. He said, "It's because I started before them, but there is nothing I'm particularly better at. I was in a couple more works than they are, but that's about it."

Kim Young Kwang then responded apologetically, "I wasn't close with Lee Jong Suk while I was modeling... but in the movie 'Hot Young Bloods', I took on the role of someone who hit others a lot. We got closer then, but we haven't filmed together in 'Pinocchio' yet. When I went into the meeting, I heard that Lee Jong Suk told the writer to put in a scene where I get hit too. I guess he was hurting a bit inside. I want to take this moment to say sorry."

Meanwhile, 'Pinocchio' will be premiering on November 12!
