Jisoo joins SBS’ “Doctors”, portraying Park Shin Hye’s first love

Actor Jisoo has been confirmed to join SBS’s upcoming drama “Doctors”.
On February 6, a representative of drama “Doctors” reported to Sports Chosun, ”Actor Jisoo has confirmed to join SBS new drama “Doctors”, and
will be acting as Park Sin Hye’s first love. Even he is not starring as a main character; we hope it’ll bring more anticipation for the viewers”. The following report also confirmed of his role by his agency.
In the previous confirmation, SBS’s upcoming drama “Doctor” has completed the casts, including Park Shin Hye, Kim Rae Won and Kim Min Seok as main characters, Lee Sung Kyung, and Yoon Kyoon Sang.

Yoo Hye Jung (Park Shin Hye) who has a tough childhood and develops a gangster-like personality and has a trust issue to others. Yoo Hye Jung’s mentor,
Hong Ji Hong (Kim Rae Won) is a neurosurgery specialist, suggested her to leave her past and focus on her future by become a neurosurgeon.
As she involves herself in neurosurgery, she meets Cho Kang Soo (Kim Min Seok) who falls in love with her. A love triangle involving the characters would give an interesting storyline of the drama.
The drama is expected to air in June, filling the slot of currently airing drama “Jackpot”, staring Jang Geun seuk, Yeo Jin Goo, and Im Ji Yeon.
Jisoo is currently active in entertainment by joining movie, drama and variety show. He showed his outstanding acting skill in movie “Glory Day” and drama special “Page Turner”. He also showed his charm in on-going variety show “Flower boy romance” alongside his best friend, Nam Joo Hyuk.
