Wild Enthusiasm of 5000 Peoples at the Charity Event

Korean popular band CNBLUE held charity event on 3rd June with their fans. It’s been long time after their last visit to Japan. They attended the press conference event with reporters, shared their passion and smile before the event start. At the charity event, in front of around 5000 fans, they did performance of their big hit songs from their first album “First Step”, include “Intuition” and “Love Girl”. Along with the fans, they got enthusiast, and the hall got more excited. At the talk show after live performance, there’s a question corner and present raffle section. Fans look were so happy. CNBLUE talked about the big earthquake in Japan, Yonghwa said “sorry for not being at your side at that hard time. But, we send message through our songs to support everyone.” And all in hall give big applause. At the end they promised to come again, “soon lets we meet again.” Then, the event ended by closing curtain.

CNBLUE for “K-Pop All Star Live in Niigata”!

To celebrate its 50th anniversary, MBC will hold a live concert titled “K-Pop All Star Live in Niigata”. The concert is taking place at Niigata County in Japan on August 20th and the lineup is once again full of the hottest K-Pop groups!
Following the one in Korea on January 12th and the one in Bangkok on March 12th, MBC’s third live concert event for celebrating its 50th anniversary is coming, and this time they are taking some of the biggest names in the K-Pop industry to Japan. It has been revealed the lineup includes CNBLUE, BEAST, SNSD, Kara, 4minute, SECRET, 2AM, INFINITE, SISTAR and Norazo. The names of two more groups will be unveiled later.
The concert will be held not only for celebration, but also for charity purposes. They will be supporting the reconstruction projects in the areas that suffered from the earthquake that happened this year, and MBC will be inviting children from those areas to the concert for free.

Concert poster for CNBLUE's upcoming concert [FNC Music]


CNBLUE will hold a concert in Korea in two months time, according to their agency on Monday.

Through a posting on their Twitter account, the boys' agency FNC Music revealed that the "CNBLUE 2011 ASIA TOUR CONCERT 'BLUESTORM' IN SEOUL" will be held at Seoul's Olympic Hall on September 17 and 18, as well as showing the poster for the concert.

The name of the concert shows that their Seoul show will mark the start to another series of concerts throughout Asia for the rock quartet, one of Korea's most popular artists in the region.

CNBLUE, composed of members Jung Yong-hwa, Kang Min-hyuk, Lee Jung-shin and Lee Jong-hyun, made their debut in Korea early last with their hit single "Alone" and mini-album "Bluetory" after releasing two singles in Japan.

Most recently, they held their second fan meeting in Japan while members Jung and Kang are filming MBC TV series "Heartstrings" starring actress Park Shin-hye.

Korean rock band CNBLUE will release their last full-length Indie album in Japan in September, according to their agency FNC Music.

A PR official from FNC confirmed with 10Asia over the phone that the rock quartet will unveil the album tentatively titled "ThankU2" on September 1.

She went onto say, "The boys' upcoming album will include 11 tracks and three new songs. Although, we don't have any finalized plans on whether they will promote the album."

CNBLUE, composed of members Jung Yong-hwa, Kang Min-hyuk, Lee Jung-shin and Lee Jong-hyun, made their debut in Korea early last with their hit single "Alone" and mini-album "Bluetory" after releasing two singles in Japan.

The boys are currently gearing up for their concert in Korea titled "BLUESTORM" which will take place at Seoul's Olympic Hall on September 17 and 18. They will then embark on their Asia tour in several neighboring countries.

CNBLUE to kick off Asian tour in September

CNBLUE is ready to take on Asia, as they’ve just announced their first Asian tour, “CNBLUE 2011 Asia Tour Concert ‘Blue Storm’“!

The band’s first official album, “First Step“, was lauded as a massive success, thanks to its chart-topping hits like “Intuition” and “Love Girl“. As such, there’s no better time to start a tour across Asia and continue the momentum.

Representatives of FNC Music said, “This tour will be a great present to fans all over Asia who have been waiting for it.”

Ticket sales will open through Interpark, Mnet, and other event sales sites starting August 2nd for fanclub members, and the 3rd for everyone else. The tour will kick off with a two-day concert in Seoul on September 17th and 18th.

On Monday, news reported about the new kind of “Hallyu Wave” that is hitting Japan. FT Island is making the “Band Hallyu Wave” alive in Japan when they debuted. The group has received massive support on their Japanese debut and are currently on a nationwide tour with their concerts.

In the same article, there is a mention of CNBLUE debuting in Japan, scheduled to be in the coming October.

역시 아이돌 밴드인 씨엔블루도 10월 메이저 데뷔를 앞두고 있는 등 댄스음악 외에 ‘밴드 한류’의 기세도 만만치 않다.

Idol Band CNBLUE who is also making their major debut in October, will further promote the “Band Hallyu Wave” in addition to the current popularity of dance music.

With that information, CNBLUE really has a lot in their hands right after Heartstrings filming ends. As the official announcement has been made and news has reported about the upcoming BLUE STORM Concert, the official BOICE (CNBLUE Fan Club members) can start purchasing the ticket to the concert via Interpark on August 2nd at 8PM KST. The first round of ticket sale (August 2nd) is only opened to the registered official BOICE and KSSN (Korean Social Security Number) holder .

To those who are not registered as official BOICE, they can purchase the ticket via Interpark on the following day, August 3rd at 8PM KST. Foreign fans who are not official BOICE are also eligible to purchase the tickets to the concert depending on the availability. Please click here for Interpark’s ticket purchase guide.
