C.N Blue Jung YongHwa confesses that his ideal type of woman is not his made-believe wife for We Got Married SeoHyun.


Jung YongHwa was asked “Who is your ideal type? SeoHyun’s husband YongHwa ssi,” during his guest appearance on SBS PowerFM ‘Choi HwaJung’s PowerTime’ on 5th July. And he chose shyly Japanese actress Ueno Juri. He said, “I really like SeoHyun. She has personality… But I fell for Ueno Juri watching her in drama ‘Nodame Cantabile’. I really her in the drama.”

Member MinHyuk’s unique description of his ideal type also garnered much interests, “I like girls who can pull off baseball caps, whether she has long or short hair.” JungShin then commented, “I’m the first one to say that I like girls who can pull off baseball caps. I like someone who has fair complexion and looks good in skinny jeans, and when I see her, I get the right feelings.”

JongHyun said, “I like someone who is humorous and fun, and I can talk well with. Someone who looks good in jeans.”

But if you think its comedian Jung Juri, well you might want to think again.

On the recent SBS radio show ‘Choi HwaJung’s Power Time’, CN Blue made a guest appearance where they talked about romance and relationships. According to the members, MinHyuk and YongHwa are most likely to have a successful relationship.

But what do these guys look for in their ideal woman anyway?

In response to the question, CN Blue’s lead vocalist, Jung YongHwa answered that he “loves SNSD’s SeoHyun” – his make-believe wife on the MBC variety show We Got Married, but YongHwa made an additional remark saying that “she [SeoHyun] has a good personality. But these days I am into watching the Japanese drama ‘Nodame Cantabile’ and I really love Ueno Juri who appears in the show.”

Uh-oh! Looks like SeoHyun isn’t the only one in YongHwa’s heart.

In addition, YongHwa’s bandmates also revealed their ideal types. Drummer Kang MinHyuk confessed that he likes a woman with short or long straight hair that looks good wearing a baseball cap. Hmm, who could it be?

Bass player JungShin said that his ideal woman is the one with fair skin and looks great in skinny jeans, while guitarist JongHyun picked Korean actress Son YeJin as his ideal woman and adds that he like girls that are funny, easy to talk to and look good in a white shirt and jeans.

Indeed, simplicity is beauty. Any guess on MinHyuk and JungShin’s ideal women?

July.05 SBS radio - Choi Hwa Jung's Power time is so popular and influential show. Every word which the guest speak becomes headline. But anyway I enjoyed the show. As always, CNBLUE members were so well-mannered, bright, honest and witty. They are so much interested in girls' looks and fashion.
As you know, they are interested in Japanese culture a lot, J-pop, Japanese bands, dramas and movies. They all love Japanese food. Jung Shin said before that he watched all of Kimura Takuya's dramas. Jong Hyun's most favorite band is Bump of Chicken. Yong Hwa said recently he watched Nodame Cantabile and he was attracted by Ueno Juri.
Jong Hyun had said before that he watched Nodame Cantabile and he really liked it. It's about music, they must like it. I watched Nodame Cantabile too, I liked it too. For me, it's the best Japanese drama so far.
Yong Hwa's favorite type of girls are similar, I can tell his taste. Ueno Juri of Nodame, Lee Yeonhee of Milionare's first love, Sulley of f(x). All are cute, not just cute, very much cute and charming. (Well, who would not like cute and charming girl -_- )

July.06 Kim Chang Wan's Beautiful monring was also interesting.
Kim Chang Wan did band from 1970s with his two younger brothers, it was a family band. One of his younger brother died, no more band.
During the show, he was so much interested in CNBLUE's Japan life, he asked many questions about it.
He was also curious about how CNBLUE was made at first. I loved all of his questions, it was so fruitful show to fans.
He had the same guitar as Jong Hyun's, both were pleased to know it.
According to scriptwriter's comment at SBS website, while music or CM was aired, they discussed about guitar or concerts a lot.
Kim Chang Wan wanted to treat liquor to CNBLUE, but they answered they didn't have mobile phone.
I hope they contact Kim Chang Wan later, when they have no schedule, after LOVE promotion is over.

i have watched that nodame cantabile..it has been aired here in the phils..the lead female is really beautiful no wonder JYH likes her (i envy her..haha)..
and that drama is really all about music and it was a very funny drama..i keep on laughing whenever i remember that drama..its so cute..

Thank you for the info saturn, I've always thought that CN BLUE are the most polite of all boy groups out there....that's why some people see them as boring is because they are very respectful especially to their sunbaes. I remember Heechul would joke that because they always give 90 degrees bow he usually feels a breeze whenever Jung Shin bows to him....hahaha!!!! I am loving that the radio hosts usually find them charming and real that I feel they end up wanting to take care of these boys....Hope Yong Hwa will feel better soon...Hope he gets the much needed rest and treatment for his vocal cord polyps....I guess it will be after the concert and Asia tour.....I'm gonna say it now, I would not mind too much if he ends WGM soon. He and the boys need to focus on their band now.....they are blessed and so I know they will succeed in all their endeavors. I am loving the fact that Kim Chang Wan enjoyed his time with them....hope he invites them often....

4-member idol boy band CNBLUE revealed that they don’t carry cellular phones through the recent Mnet cable broadcast M Rookies. They stated, “Since we don’t have cell phones, we’ve never went on a late night out before.”

The co-host of the show Son Ho Young, having been a member of one of the old school idol groups g.o.d., emphasized and expressed: “I know a lot about the lifestyle because I’ve also lived in a dorm before. The question that newly debuted artists are often asked is about their dorm life.”

Lives without cell phones? Something that probably most of us wouldn’t be able to bare. It’s also a bit ironic because CNBLUE leader Jung Yonghwa recently endorsed the cell phone Xperia X10 for Sony Ericcson.

Also, on this interesting broadcast, CNBLUE was also asked ‘which member is complete opposite when compared to their celebrity life and their ordinary life’ and ‘the member who doesn’t come to the dorms often,’ to which most of the members pointed at the team’s maknae Jungshin.

Do you still remember the charming Kang ShinWoo in You’re Beautiful drama? Even though it was CN Blue’s leader, Jung YongHwa debut in acting, he won the New Star Award category in the 2009 SBS Drama Awards.

Since his successful debut in the drama, he has been offered numerous roles in both dramas and movies. According to his agency FNC Music, he has received interest for five roles in dramas, two roles in movies, and five in musicals.

However, Jung gives priority to his music career and he plans to promote their latest album, ‘Blue Love‘ overseas including Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, China and other Asian cities.

Don’t be too sad, ShinWoo’s fans! According to an associate of FNC Music, even though Jung wants to focus on overseas album promotion for the time being, he is also planning to accept an offer from a drama or a movie within the last six months of the year.
