, writing, "Mileage with. YDG," unveiling hip hop musician Yang Dong Geun as the first featured artist for Jung Yong Hwa′s solo album.

On the collaboration teaser site, opened on January 6, Jung Yong Hwa teased that he will be working with four artists. After revealing the first artist to be Yang Dong Geun, an actor and talented hip hop artist, anticipation has been rising.

Mileage is gathering attention as the first official release that Jung Yong Hwa will be singing with a hip hop artist. As the leader and vocalist of CN Blue for the past five years, Jung Yong Hwa will show a transformation through this song, increasing curiosity about the other songs the album as well.

Jung Yong Hwa has composed and written the lyrics to many songs, including I′m Sorry, Ryu Can Do It, Can′t Stop, and more, proving his worth as a singer songwriter. Through his upcoming solo album, people will be able to feel musician Jung Yong Hwa′s music world with more depth.

The highly anticipated debut album of singer-songwriter Jung Yonghwa has received astounding feedback from Chinese media sources even before its release.



FNC Entertainment, the official representative company of Jung Yonghwa, released teasers of the singer's four part collaboration album through his official website starting last June. Chinese media sites who grabbed news of this information have been in a fierce competition to outlet the anticipated album to the public.

China's Top portal site, Shina.com, has posted a headline on its main page stating "CNBLUE's Yonghwa to finally release a solo album with special collaborations with four artists."

Another Chinese portal site, Sohoo.com, also posted a headline on its main page stating, "Anticipated solo album with 4 special collaborations," declaring Yonghwa's solo debut within its article's content.

Even China's top music review site inwaiter.com claimed on its main page, "Jung Yong-Hwa's solo album to feature collaborations from four musical powerhouses," increasing awareness of Yong-Hwa's highly anticipated album.

In addition, top Chinese news outlets have been swarming with news surrounding Yong-hwa's upcoming feature.

After dropping a Mileage saving song with Yang Dong Geun, CN Blue’s Jung Yong Hwa unveiled the next featured artists he worked with for his first solo album.



On January 11 and 12, Jung Yong Hwa released two photos of his next collaboration partners. The photos revealed VerbalJint and Yoon Do Hyun, raising anticipation for the solo album with the talented musicians of different musical genres.

Jung Yong Hwa will be singing the song, Won Gi Ock with VerbalJint and Memories Cruelly… (translated) with Yoon Do Hyun.

Jung Yong Hwa will release one last featured artist before his solo album is released on January 20.

Jung Yong Hwa Reveals Yoon Do Hyun as Third Collaborator for His Solo Album




CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa will be collaborating with Yoon Do Hyun on his first solo album.

FNC Entertainment revealed on January 12 that Jung Yong Hwa’s third collaboration project, following the previously announced collaborations with YDG and Verbal Jint, will be with YB’s vocalist, Yoon Do Hyun.

YB and CNBLUE are two of Korea’s representative rock bands, and the two vocalists from the bands will come together for a meaningful collaboration between senior and junior singers. The song, “Cruel Memories,” will be an emotional rock ballad.

As such, Jung Yong Hwa’s first album gathers interest as it is expected to show a variety of colors with the newly announced rock ballad complementing the pre-released song “Mileage” featuring YDG and “Wongiok” featuring Verbal Jint.

Meanwhile, Jung Yong Hwa will reveal the fourth and last collaborator for his solo album on January 13, and will reveal an image teaser of the main concept at noon KST on January 13. The full album will be released on January 20 and with that, he will begin his solo activities.

On January 12, FNC Entertainment released a teaser picture of JJ Lin, revealing that he will be the next artist to work with Yonghwa. So far, it has been revealed that Yonghwa will be working with Yang Dong Geun, Verbal Jint, Yoon Do Hyun, and Im Jun Gul, for his solo album.




Meanwhile, "Mileage," featuring Yang Dong Geun, was released on January 8, garnering much attention for Yonghwa's new music style and for the whimsical MV.

Yonghwa releases two sets of image teasers and audio for “One Fine Day” for first solo album


With all of his collaboration partners for his solo album revealed, Yonghwa has now revealed two sets of image teasers for his solo album via his official solo website.

Yonghwa’s image teaser sets are complete opposite of another, sharing two different types of the singer’s charms. While one highlights his pure and innocent side, the other focuses on Yonghwa’s sexy appeal and charisma through a darker colored concept.

In addition to the image concepts, Yonghwa shares a short audio teaser for “One Fine Day,” a track that features a beautiful and gentle string arrangement.

The CNBLUE member will be releasing his first solo album later this month on January 20th, which will feature four collaboration tracks with Yang Dong Geun (YDG), Verbal Jint, Yoon Do Hyun, and Singaporean-national and Taiwan-based artist JJ Lin.
