Sukkie is trying hard, but seems to fail. Your number 4 reminds me of the studio clip where sukkie and shin hye were talking and he had to curtain what he was saying because he saw the camera on them. Can this guy be anymore obvious? LOVE IT!!!!
Yeah and totally agree. By allowing Shin Hye her say, he sees her as his equal and also respects her.

Yeah they like each other, at the very least. And this I'm sure they are aware of. If it's anything more than that... let their actions speak louder than the words they are not saying.

I've been a lurker but then someone starts a topic close to my heart, so off analyzing I go. I did my Honors research in college on mimicry but to cut the long story short, I've been thinking along the same lines as Elvie's.

My own observation is obviously that these two have a certain rapport. Usually, the mimicking actions reflect power dynamics within a relationship. So, since Shin Hye's mimicking more, it does seem like JGS is the leader in this relationship. However, respect is obviously there for Shin Hye from JGS since he is found mimicking sometimes. When the power holder in a relationship mimics at times, there is typically a connection with this behavior to wanting to be seen as distinctive. Since he likely subconsciously knows that Shin Hye wields the power to him, he wants to stand out by making her see that he can relate to her and they have something in common, all in a subconscious way. But his conscious mind battles his subconscious as it knows he holds power, so he will be found to differentiate himself a little. A case of optimal distinctiveness - JGS wants Shin Hye to feel both that he is unique enough to validate her liking him but that he is also similar enough to make the case for Shin Hye to accept him.

The reciprocity of their mimicking also says a lot (mirroring) since it projects that they're that in-sync with each other to the point that subconsciously their actions, gestures, body language fit well into each other (like piecing in a piece of puzzle together).

Thank you earthprincess for enlightening us with your observations. For most of us fans who don't have your expertise we rely on our human instinct and inner voices. That is human nature. That is what guides us and helps us in relationships. We can't quite pinpoint what it is that makes these two so special together, but it is. We see it in the way they interact together, the way they look at each other and are able to bounce off of each other's thoughts so easily(I noticed when they were talking). The bond they have is indeed very special. They are very lucky to have it. We are very lucky to witness it.

Forgot to post my comment earlier. Thanks for opening our eyes and minds to a different way of looking at SH & KS. It is very insightful and exciting to have concrete data that supports what we all see in these two. Their chemistry is real and their affection for each other genuine. From now on when I see SH & KS together, I'll be able to observe them with the information you and Earthprincess have shared with us. Can't wait for that opportunity!

it's true that you tend to mimic the action of someone you like or can relate to and that video and the other BTS we've seen have always brought us into great viewing spazzing mood.

Add this too: emotionally close couples tend to mimic each other’s expressions, all GS and SH have to do is look at each other and you'd see that big smile on their faces start to creep up. They have such great chemistry and they already know what each other wants to say without hearing the word.

Great compatibility, perfect pair and match made in heaven...in short they seem to be the Perfect SOULMATEs!!!! and i so misssssssssss our lovely couple!!!! i sincerely hope that the reason they both have a movie lined up is because their schedule have to match when they have to do a series/movie or a Y2B next!!!!
