Ans : I used to be/was someone who requires quite a long time to get out of the character however for Heirs, I did not felt the need to do so. The entire course of filming, I felt that I was actually Kim Tan, Kim Tan is Lee Min Ho. Hence when filming ended, I did not feel the need to have some time to pull myself out from the character. I was back as Lee Min Ho naturally.
Q3) Any idea/suggestion how to get out of the character?

Ans : For Heirs, the entire course of filming was a very happy one. Also there was a period of time, I had to put myself into the character emotionally. It took about 2-3weeks to adjust myself , it wasn’t easy, I was down physically and mentally, unable to pull myself up together.

Q4) Why do you think it was love at first sight for Kim Tan (KT) towards Cha Eun Sang (CES)?
Ans : Firstly, as an individual, everyone will somehow experienced that moment of love at first sight. For me, it was due to the character being portrayed. I understand that not many people will come to a consensus on this however if you fall for someone right from the start, you will take notice of that person subconsciously, she will always be within your sight.
KT first met CES at LA at her lowest point (most vulnerable self), naturally, you empathize and will want to treasure and protect her. So the next morning, when she was running her hand through her hair, ah, at that moment, KT could have fallen for her then ?
*smiled and stick out his tongue to ‘moist’ his lip* -à sorry I don’t know how to describe but this is one of his ‘signature’ habit

Ans : Being born as inheritor (2nd son) to a family business -à sorry my translation is bad here L

6) Was it difficult for the crying scenes in Heirs?
Ans : Personally, I cant remember the last time I cried as it was too long ago. I was worried whilst reading the script. Am I able to tear up naturally? In actual fact, I am someone who does not cry/tear so it does not help even if I were to relate other accounts/incidents /events that I have experienced. By thinking of any past suffering or misery will lose my focus on filming which will affect my concentration level.
So why not immerse myself into that situation/scenario , with those people around me and my relationship with them and how the character was thinking/feeling in order to focus while filming.
Q7) Any new thoughts about Love since filming ended?
Ans : Yes, as you grow older, your thinking changes as well. As you interact with different people at a social level, your insights change too. If I do come across that kind of love/encounter, I will use my utmost sincerity to prove myself.

Ans : Yes. I think so *continue to laugh*
