I agree sis@journoexpat, he sure did make his business degree work for him. I am surprised he was even recognized since he just started his business in 2013. That is pretty quick for him to even reach to #98. When I went on to their website, I thought he was going to be in the bottom somewhere since his business is fairly new. He is doing pretty good considering there are many Korean celebrities and idols who start their own business by opening restaurants, buying resorts/hotel, property, designing a company's product etc. who didn't make it to the list. I guess this list applies to only CEO. I wonder if he will expand and franchise his business globally since he is so busy as it is (especially with 2pm). Wonder how he is going to manage his business when he is in the military....maybe family?Anyways I'm glad his business is working out and hopefully it'll continue to grow.
Sis@yummiejeu, I think Taec always has a back-up plan, so I think he has laid out his moves about his Okcat business even before his enlistment. I remember him saying that his friends or classmates (?) helped him out with his business. Though, he is quite a hands-on CEO as he would study the design of a product before they start producing it.
I hope that Taec will soon have time to write his paper for his graduate study so his graduation will be one of the good news we would read about him for this year
