hello everybody! this forum seems so quiet lately ..yes @fgnuva seems like uri Taecyeon is hitting the gym now..he's more leaner..maybe because nobody is feeding him now.. ..I'm done watching Wonderful Days, so now I'm watching his old shows like 2pm show... Good Sunday everyone! It is quiet here but thanks for all the concert pics. Been waiting for a pic of him playing the guitar and woaah then it came with photos of him shirtless cause he did not have the time to go backstage to change, hmm, I think the staff just wanted to give extra service to the concertgoers since Chansung was absent A male colleague of mine said that these days, it was always Chansung who takes off his shirt during concerts and not Taec although he said that Taec's body is really awesome and that even Rain admitted that among the idols Taec has the best abs

And for his Baila interview quote that if he would take his girlfriend in his room, he would leave his bedroom door ajar for at least 15 cms, so as not to worry his parents and his girlfriend (is he telling this to someone in particular cause there would be no 2 hyungs to observe their actions) Ok, never mind that I am just delusional since I have yet to drink my morning coffee

I guess Taec is keeping his promise to his parents that he will not do anything to shame them. I read before in an interview that his sister is better than him in studies, sports, musical intruments etc. and that she has inspired him to do better and not to do anything to embarrass the parents. He even said that since his sister works for a government department (not so sure about this) he is a non-existent brother to protect his sister's identity. I read somewhere that the sister is a graduate of Cornell University. Such a nice son and little brother not to mention caring and gentleman boyfriend.

Sis@avrylle19, I am also watching old videos of 2PM as suggested by a friend of mine. I'm done watching Hot Blood, a docu of their training days and how 2PM and 2Am members were chosen. Taec looks the same even though he was still in his teens then. It was in this documentary that I saw Taec sparred with a professional boxer and ended up bleeding for taking several jabs during the sparring. But you have to admire his courage, because when the boxer asked for someone to step forward, he did not hesitate to step inside the ring and be the first to spar with him knowing he would be facing a three-time national champion. And I dare say that the boxer did not hold any punches cause Taec got hit several times and even sprawled on the sand. The sparring was only stopped when someone noticed that he was bleeding. A few scenes after that he was shown already smiling as if nothing happened to him, I guess during that time he was already on his way to being "Ok Beast"

And the boxer even lauded his courage by saying Ok Taecyeon "will never go hungry" and will be successful because he could immediately adapt to his surroundings and a fast learner.

Yep. Taec's noona still remains a mystery. She's really private but Taec saying that she's better at a lot of things than him says a lot about her. She's probably as interesting as okbingu. Also, I heard that she's a lawyer.

Oh so you did watch all 50 episodes of Wonderful Days? Hurrah for you! Wasn't it kind of nostalgic? I would like to live ina town/city like that. The drama had good combination of both tearful, painful scenes as well as funny ones. And Taecyeon did have his share of both... but mostly the latter. I am now in Ep 28 when the father Taesop just popped in... and Donghui is arranging for the teacher to act like the kids' mom. It's really hilarious. No matter how they try to make it like a serious scene (or maybe they're not really serious but hilarious scenes), I always end up laughing...I like the little girl Dongju (?).

So can someone tell me the word "oppa" is meant to be used for boyfriend or brother? I've seen it translated as either one... which one is correct? What's the difference, please help me clarify this so I can understand why Taecyeon would tell his fans "I'm not your oppa" or why he would tell the lady co-host "You're calling me oppa here?"
PSH did call Taecyeon "oppa" a few times... why didn't Taecyeon correct her? Or is it the way it is pronounced? Will appreciate your clarification sisters!
